Home watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
Our company is accredited by the National Home Watch Association and our team members are designated Home Watch technicians. We have our business license in Sarasota County and are registered with the state of Florida. We have general liability insurance and bonding that is continuously maintained. We are reaccredited annually after undergoing the vetting process again.
Some of the things on our inspection checklist include..
- Visually review condition of exterior
- Visually inspect for signs of mold or mildew
- Visually inspect for signs of damage or vandalism
- Visually inspect and report status of windows and doors
- Visually inspect lighting
- Visually inspect pool and spa water levels and cleanliness
- Visually inspect landscaping
- Visually inspect thermostat, humidistat and A/C
- Visually inspect for any signs of water leaks in walls and ceilings
- Visually inspect security system
