The Client Portal
We offer this portal for our current, and future, home watch and concierge clients. Not to worry, we also have pre-established options for those who prefer not to utilize a portal and work with us directly through calls and email.
Our goal at When and How is to be your number one line of communication, and your everyday reassurance. To make the most of what we have to offer, we’ve found and beta tested this portal within our CRM. With this, the “sign up” process is effortless, and the instructions we offer help move things along efficiently. In this portal, you can communicate your service requests, time away/time here, send direct messages, and so much more. Beyond just communication, you can access your report information from previously and currently requested tasks. And what is a portal without billing capabilities? Bullseye 🎯 We’ve got that as well! Thats right, you are able to view previous invoices, and pay bills due. We’ve received feedback from ease of access, to efficiency in request.
Our main work space (aka CRM) has all of the things we need to promptly and efficiently work through most of your needs. We have various pages, and numbers docs for other reference points and resources. However, implementing the client portal removes the need for calls, texts, and emails for your normal day to day means of communication. You can easily submit your travel dates, service requests, and even email regular forms of communication.
